Delivery
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
UK Delivery
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service. All orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day. For UK mainland addresses Royal Mail suggests that you allow 3-5 working days for delivery, though it is typically 2-3 working days
Currently all orders of £49.99 and over include free postage and packing.
Our normal delivery charge within the UK is £3.95 for the first item, plus an additional £1.00 for the second item, the third and subsequent items being free of postage and packing costs.
At times it may not be possible to calculate the delivery charge, i.e. if a package is very heavy. In these instances a member of the team will contact you on receipt of your order, typically within 24 hours, with an accurate price for the delivery charges.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel. No cost will be incurred by you in the event that you should decide to cancel your order for this reason.
Worldwide Delivery
Deliveries to other countries may take longer, depending on destination and expected delivery will be confirmed on despatch.
Shipping costs to countries other than the UK are calculated following receipt of your order, based on the approximate weight of the package and your destination. A member of the team will be in contact with you once you have placed your order, typically within 24 hours, with an accurate price for the delivery charges.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order. No cost will be incurred by you in the event that you should decide to cancel your order for this reason.
Delivery Process
You will usually receive email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
